By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business and agree to the terms below.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with original packaging.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold stock

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

🌍 Returns for Items Shipped from Korea

  • Products fulfilled from South Korea may be subject to longer return timelines and additional handling.

  • Any faults must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • Return shipping to Korea (if required) is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.

📦 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect products:

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible through reshipment, credit, or refund.
